Terms of Sale

1. Who we are

This shop sells original artwork and fine-art prints by Stephanie Signorelli, based on Oʻahu, Hawaii (“we”, “us”, the “studio”). Questions: send a note through the contact form or DM @artiststephsig.

2. Orders & pricing

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Prints show a “from” price; the final price for your chosen size and the shipping cost are confirmed at checkout before you pay. We may correct obvious pricing errors and will contact you before charging if a correction affects your order.

3. Payment

Checkout and payment are handled by Shopify. By ordering you also agree to Shopify’s terms. We never see or store your full card details.

4. Prints are made to order

Prints are produced individually after you order, on archival fine-art matte paper, unframed. Slight variation in color between screens and paper is normal and is not a defect.

5. Originals

Originals are one-of-a-kind. An item is reserved when checkout begins and marked sold once payment completes; an abandoned checkout releases the reservation so the piece can sell to someone else.

6. Shipping

We ship to the address you provide; please make sure it’s correct. Estimated production and transit times are shown at checkout and in the FAQ. Risk passes to you on delivery. Any customs or import duties are your responsibility.

7. Returns: damaged or defective only

Because prints are made to order and originals are unique, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. We will replace or refund any item that arrives damaged or defective. Contact the studio with photos within 14 days of delivery and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

8. Intellectual property

All artwork, images, and text on this site belong to the artist. Buying a print or original does not transfer copyright or any reproduction rights; work may not be copied, resold as reproductions, or used commercially without written permission.

9. Commissions

Commissions are arranged directly with the studio. Specific terms (deposit, timeline, revisions) are agreed in writing before work begins.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

11. Privacy

How we handle your information — including the site’s anonymous, cookie-free analytics — is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.

12. Changes

We may update these terms; the version in effect when you order is the one that applies. Governing law: the State of Hawaii.
