Prints
How are the prints made?
Each print is a giclée reproduction, made to order by a fine-art print shop, on Moab Entrada 100% cotton archival paper (matted) or gallery-wrapped stretched canvas. Nothing is mass-produced or held in inventory.
What sizes and materials can I order?
Every piece lists its own sizes and materials in the dropdown on its page: matted paper and stretched canvas, in the artwork’s own proportions so the image is never cropped. Don’t see a size or material you like? Custom sizes and printing materials are available on request, including wood, metal, fabric, and even tile. Just message me.
How long until it ships, and what does shipping cost?
All prints are made to order. Please allow 2–3 weeks for your print to be created and shipped. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address.
I’m on O‘ahu. Can I skip shipping?
Yes. To cut down on shipping costs and wasteful packaging, local pickup or delivery is available on O‘ahu. Message me when you order.
Can I return a print?
Because prints are made to order, I only replace items that arrive damaged or defective. If something’s wrong, message me with a photo within 14 days of delivery and I’ll make it right. See the Terms for details.
Originals & commissions
Are the originals one-of-a-kind?
Yes. Every original (paintings, hand-painted fins, furniture) is a single piece. Once it sells, it’s gone, and the listing locks.
Do you take commissions?
Yes, from Custom Time Capsules (a commissioned collection that preserves how a memory felt) to Revamp Projects (your surfboard, fin, mailbox, or wall, given new life). Message me on Instagram with what you have in mind and I’ll talk through size, timeline, and pricing.
Payment & contact
How do I pay?
Checkout is handled securely by Shopify, with major cards and Apple/Google Pay where available. We never see or store your full card details.
How do I reach you?
The fastest way is a DM on @artiststephsig, or send a note through the contact form.
